Keep notes at customer, appointment, and task level!
You can keep notes at the customer level. All employees within the company can access notes left at the customer level; good or bad letting others within organization know about customer is important and useful.
Appointment level note may come handy; if customer called and gave any information about their arrival. You can also keep notes at task level, this is not shown in the screenshot provided here.
